In 2016 I was 378.8 lbs. and was diagnosed as being pre-diabetic. After a lengthy conversation with my Doctor, I knew it was time to make a change. I tried to lose weight on my own and failed. Determined to not give up, I continued to search for a place that fit my needs, a controlled environment, coaches, great members and the science of nutrition to help me lose weight, get healthy and out of the range of being pre-diabetic. Thankfully I found Cloud 10 and after my initial visit, I knew this was the place for me, and I’ve been there ever since.

For many years I have been up and down in my weight (between 184 – 248lbs) and found myself trying to lose the same 10-15lbs. However, my eating habits were pitiful and I did not exercise consistently.
